SERAPID rigid chain technology is used in a wide range of heavy industry sectors, such as thermal or plastic metalworking, engineering, machines buliding, chemical or metallurgical industries.

The most important requirement in heat treatment is working speed. Rigid chain technology meets this requirement and at the same time is able to withstand rapid and sudden temperature changes, e.g. during loading and unloading of high temperature ovens. Other important features of SERAPID technology for heavy industry applications are: flexible configuration, compact drive dimensions, high reliability of the purely mechanical actuator, and minimal maintenance.

The quick-die-eXchange system – QDX – is one of the key achievements of SERAPID technology. With SERAPID solutions it is possible to significantly increase safety, ergonomics and production efficiency.
